technical Issues During the Interview Process
I recently had an interview call with the Talent Acquisition Manager for the QA Engineer position. Unfortunately, the call was affected by technical issues, making it difficult to communicate clearly. We attempted reconnecting multiple times, but the problem persisted.
While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, I believe improving the call setup—whether through better connectivity, clearer audio, or an alternative communication method—could enhance the candidate experience. I hope the company considers this feedback for future interviews.
