A total of 6 interviews. 2 were with HR personal and 4 were with upper management. Typical STAR interview process. They desired specific examples with each question. Providing several examples was preferred.

Interview
Long. Three interviews back to back with multiple interviewers in each one. All requests for situational examples. No attempt by hiring manager to actually be personal and get to know you. Just asked questions like a it was a poker game.
Second interview with the same hiring manager and he didn't even remember me from the first interview. Not his fault if I did not make an impression but why even waste his time.

Horrible communication during interview process and very robotic. You could tell right from the get go that this was a very scripted interview process with no personality.
