Celerant Technology, Corp. Entry Level SQL interview questions

I have attended college career event and spoke with the Celerant Rep. He has told me about the entry level position and that there are opportunities for advancement. The following next 3 days I get an e-mail from Celerant HR and I'm asked to complete application for the position. At the end of the application I had to answer couple of questions, such as: "How do you handle pressure?", "How do you query the database for find records for first name and last name customer?" Two days later I was called to schedule an on-site interview. The on site interview was short and all I had to do is take a short quiz and speak with the manager from California. First, I took the short test answered 10 questions. Second, I spoke with the manager from CA through teleconference. Finally, I was asked if I would accept a salary of $35,000 / year. The entire interview lasted between 15 - 20 minutes.
