Pharmacy manager contacted me through email and set up a phone interview. I was ready with a bunch of answers to your typical interview questions but I was asked to tell her about myself and why I should be hired. She was very nice and professional and shared a laugh or two so that made it feel comfortable. Wish I could've sold myself better though. Still waiting for a response after almost 4 weeks.
