The first step in the process was a basic phone screen to see if I could potentially mesh with the current team. It was relaxed and I provided a summary of my work experience. The interviewer provided me with a summary of the company's mission and expectations.

What made you intrested in applying? What would you do if you went out to eat with a client and they could order for themselves. The waiter keeps making eye contact and directing the responsibility of ordering the meal. How would you handle this?

Interview
If you can pass a drug test and can breathe goubwill be hired. The company is looking for live bodies to fill the jobs, that's about it They didn't ask if I had previous experience or about resident care which seemed like they would.

Asks questions about your experience and how you would handle specific situations. Asks what type of healthy meals you would cook. Asks about your previous job history and your educational background if any.
