Cedar Crest College interview questions

I spent the entire day on campus, interviewing with two committees and various other personnel, plus other meetings. The experience was fine, but I was told the candidates would be notified within two weeks. Two weeks went by without a word. I sent a follow up email to check in and again thank them for the opportunity to interview. No response. Two weeks later, I used a similar approach and still no response. This is very unprofessional and it makes me very glad I was not chosen. I cannot imagine how CCC treats its staff if this is how it treats its candidates (with zero respect). I wish they understood how poorly this reflects on them.
