I interviewed at Cedar Crest Academy (Bellevue, WA)
Interview
The process involved a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview paired with a working interview. The in-person portion was more of a conversation than a list of questions, which lasted about 30-40 minutes. For the working interview, they asked me to read a book or do an activity with a class.

Interview
The interview process was pretty easy and straight forward. I applied on Indeed.com and was called to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked basic questions about my classroom philosophy and my thoughts on development; socially, physically, and cognitively. I was offered a position upon a successful working interview. During the working interview, the school requires you to teach a lesson to a classroom so the director can assess your social skills with the children.
