Interview
There was an initial online application, followed by a personality quiz. After passing the quiz, a manager will contact you to schedule an in-person interview. Once this is completed, a back ground check and short orientation are required. Following those steps each server will complete a 6 day training with daily quizzes.

Interview
You'll meet with a general manager, probably an assistant manager, and maybe a kitchen manager. If you tell them that money motivates you, they'll hire you. They just want people that are going to consistently show up and make them money.
