Catholic Charities Hawaii interview questions

Process was very straightforward, I filled out an online application and was contacted by a programs director a few days later for a first interview/phone screen which consisted of more information about the job duties and a few personality-based questions. I was then invited back for a zoom interview with the same person and a program administrator. The 2nd interview (which lasted about an hour) consisted of more personality and situational-based questions. At the end of the interview, I was given a scenario to answer and email back and my references were contacted. I received the verbal offer a week later after my 2nd interview
