To preference- I have interviewed with multiple jobs in mutliple formats. This was an initial facetime call for a full-time position and HR could not be less interested in speaking to me. The entire call, she was reading from a script, typing, or looking at her computer. She ran through generic questions that were on my resume so it was obvious she did not review it. I left the call feeling very confused, dejected, and offended. Then, I was ghosted. No follow-up, no rejection, no professionalism. I would not have moved forward after that call and certainly didn't follow up myself.
