Interview
Very challenging, and rigorous process from online assessment right through to the final interview. Assessment centre was the most challenging particularly under timed conditions followed by an interview with two senior managers.
1. Apt test
2. Video interview
3. Group assessment ( Group interview, written test, panel interview), conduct on the same day
4. Final presentation and panel interview, presentation will be about some aviation related topic/technical knowledge
