Interview
There are several rounds of interview. First is a digital interview, second and third are face-to-face interviews. Digital interview is quite easy because you just talk to the camera to answer a question for one minute or so. There are 2-3 questions in total. After you passed it you will go to the next round of interview, which is a group interview with more than 4 people.

6. Describe a mistake that you made handling a customer service issue and how you mitigated it.

Interview
The interview process was smooth, firstly submitting required documents in the morning, then group interview conducted. If passed, wait for the panel interview. After finishing the interview, will be arranged for English test in the afternoon if needed.
