I applies through university and the process was done in a day
There were 3 rounds :
A written round having aptitude , computer programming questions and verbal
After that the students were shortlisted followed by the group discussion.
After this round face to face interview technical interview was done

STAR based interview method where you had to describe the Situation, Task, Action and Result so they can get a sense of the thought process and problem solving skills...not just a review of resume.

Then call with the manager of the role.
Then they take about a week to get back to you. It’s a pretty easy deal just getting to the interview may be an issue
