Easy - as per industry standard. We have multiple rounds. First will be a technical round taken by a senior developer. Second and third will be managerial round taken by 2 different supervisors and fourth will be an HR round. All these may be finished in a day or two. BG check takes a while though. around a months time.

The Interviewer was direct in requirements and responsive to questions. They expressed the scope of responsibilities for the position and emphasized security through user awareness. Some skills knowledge that were listed as optional were in fact requirements to secure the position.
