Interviewed with three department heads. Lasted nearly an hour. Questions were repeated in different ways by all interviewers. One of the more challenging interviews that I have been involved in. Interviewers were professional and polite.

The company came for campus placements in SASTRA UNIVERSITY.
They mostly hr questions and questions about your project. Very few technical questions were asked. They were also interested in selecting female candidates.

Everything is situational--answer in the STAR format. Tell them about a 1) Situation that you were in, 2) the tasks/actions taken, and 3) the results. Obviously, they want to hear about past actions that you've taken that had a positive outcome.
