I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Braeside, Victoria) in Oct 2016
Interview
After 2.5 months into the recruitment process (for which I was the only candidate) consisting of an initial telephone interview, then a formal interview, then a meeting with the department director, then a medical assessment and then two reference checks, I was not accepted for the role, because it was decided (after 2.5 months) that the hiring team wanted someone with a little more experience. Having known quite well from the beginning that I am at associate level and not senior associate.
One week after my rejected application, Catalent have advertised for a Regulatory Affairs Associate position.
The HR department at Catalent is awful. They do not know what they want and will jerk you around needlessly. Do no show respect to a company that does not show respect to you.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Knoxville, TN) in Sept 2019
Interview
Recruiter coordinator set up a 20-30 minute phone call just get to know me, nothing too difficult to answer, the she immediately set up phone call with manager spoke with him likewise questions weren't too hard very relaxed. Lastly, a skype call with 3 directors and the same manager just asked me situational questions. Waited over 2+ months never heard back, emailed and left phone call to recruiters they never replied. Checked my status online on their site and said decline, never even got a No offer email.
