The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Castro & Company (Alexandria, VA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was referred to Castro through a friend. It didn't take long to talk to the recruiter and set up an interview (less than a week). Interview process was smooth. I interviewed with the recruiter along with an HR personnel. They where super friendly and professional. Although they inquired about my professional background, they also inquired about my personal hobbies, which gave me a sense that not only do they care where I'm coming from but who I am as a person. The partner was very professional and friendly.

I am a college senior with an expected December graduation. So I met a recruiter at my schools career fair. A week later the recruiter emailed me asking if I was interested in learning more about Castro. I replied and a informal meeting was set up to discuss my interest and for her to answer any questions I may have had about Castro. About a week later my interview with a supervisor and a manager was set. Two weeks later after requesting an update I received an offer from the company.
