Straight forward process with a preliminary phone screening followed by an in person interview. Everyone was friendly and straightforward with what they were looking for. It was refreshing to have a company actually know what the position is that want to fill and to send a follow up email to candidates that they did not choose.

Very informal, sitting in the taproom while everyone was at work. Great questions about who you are as a person, you can tell they care a lot about Culture, as they should! Interviewed by two different departments to also assist in the culture fit.
