Online Interview
- Two of the interviewers were totally not familiar with machine learning
- Not focusing on technical side of things
- Keep asking stupid questions but did not spend anytime on testifying candidates' skills
- It's obvious that their management is know nothing about machine learning and AI, working with them as a team is going to be painful.
- I felt very little respect during the interview as a candidate.

Why should we hire you ? (Typical stupid HR type of question that wasting th your time and patience, rather than focusing on the technical aspect)
Could you build a model with XYZ data ? (Not specifying the volume of data, features, targets and other constraints. Again, showing that they know very little about machine learning.)
