I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caseware (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2016
Interview
I did well on the test. Got invited for the interview and it was extremely difficult. They asked me questions as if I was a software developer. I felt that the interview was set up for me to fail from the beginning. Try really well to touch up on your technical skills. They will basically hint you during your interview if you got the position or not.

The written test consisted of 3 logic questions 3 QA questions and 1 programming question in 90 minutes. The interview was about 40 minutes long and I had a lot of soft skills related questions since I pretty much aced the written test.
