The first round is a 1:1 interview with a staff from HR Team. The second round is with two people from the team. The interview with HR team asks about general questions and CV-based questions. While the team interview was more role and responsibilities related questions.
candidates would make an self-introduction in turn, and then were the P&G questions, like questions about leadership, corporation, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. just answer them with your experiences. finally, give some practical suggestions in any perspective to casetify.
