Interview was cancelled on multiple occasions without my knowledge of doing so. I was not contacted prior to scheduled interview, and I did not recive a return call until waiting for 1.5+ hours, and then leaving the interview location

The interview process consisted of several telephone interviews with key members of the HR team. The final interview was an in-person interview in Bothell, WA that was a combination of in-person 1:1 meetings and telephone conversations with key staff.

I only had one phone interview with 4 people on the line. There were some internal delays that slowed the process, but it was rather easy. I got an offer a month or so after the interview.
