Phone interview with a manager at the company, then an initial onsite with the company with three people. Final interview was a group interview with two other potential candidates for the same position, so they pitted you against your competition. That was the odd part. Before the interview started, one of the other candidates said that their girlfriend already worked here and that he was pretty much guaranteed the job, and that this interview was more of a formality.

Two panel interviews. Five people in the first panel interview, followed by two directors in the second interview. Process was quick and overall good experience, but I find a panel interview with five supervisors very intimidating
