I applied online with my resume, and then got a phone call to come into the store to interview. Interviewed at the store, only took about 30 minutes. Got an offer at the end of the interview and set up my training sessions for the next week.
The interview was great, it was super smooth! Questions were very simple and easy to answer. It was a short and fast interview. I was offered the job after the second interview
At Carter’s, you apply online or in-store, may get a quick call, then have a casual in-person interview, and if it goes well, you’re offered the job and start training.

20 minute interview, asked me questions about how I would handle certain situations. Asked me how I feel like my previous experience will correlate to the job. Super quick and easy. Was told I got the job the same day.
