Simple quick. I would go again. Used to have to go through temp agency and get hired in from there. Now you can go straight through the door. Pay is now better than o TV was when I worked there. I would go back

Drug tested on the first day passed background check.
Pretty simple and basic, they just want to know some basic information and if you're capable of doing things in the job description. I said I had experience in managing inventory from a past job and they assigned me to the IC department after I accepted the job.

Interview
It was a really smooth interview process. An interview with basic questions will be around 30mins. It was a virtual interview. I joined around 2-3 weeks after I got the offer letter.

It was through a staffing agency. Straight to the point. Drug test, paperwork, orientation and then more paperwork. There were multiple people there and the staff were nice. Basically anyone can get hired on from what i witnessed.
