I applied online at Carter's website for a new location in Houston, Tx. I was interviewed at the Humble location and the process took less than 20 minutes. I was asked to pick out an outfit and explain why did I choose this outfit and how would I see it to a customer. After the interview I was asked to fill out papers for a background check.

How would you react to an employee taking merchandise?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
