Carter's Graphic Designer Executive Development Program interview questions

I had one phone interview followed by a video interview about a month apart. After the video interview, I was assigned a pretty hefty pattern design project that I had to complete in about 6 days, which was very stressful, especially because I was still in school and balancing homework. A few days later I had another short video meeting where I was told I had to make revisions to my project and resubmit. A few more days later I had two video interviews in one day. Then I had to complete about 2.5 hours worth of personality tests. The whole process took about 2 months, only to then finally be rejected. Most of who I spoke to were very nice and enthusiastic, except for a senior graphic designer I interviewed with who was just kind of a bummer to talk to and didn't seem very enthusiastic or interested in talking to me.
