It was very unorganized and after he said he was going a different route he called me back 3 days later. He than asked me to come in and sign my papers and go to work that day just to fire me and all the new hires and not pay us. Dont work for them.

A so-called recruiter, who is in fact an employee, contacted me and set up an appointment. But later rescinded the appointment without cause. The interviewer demanded that I answer questions about compensation and I told her that I was uncomfortable with that but she forced me. I think that this is a struggling company. who cannot compensate their employees what they might be worth. They dummied down the importance of the skills that they are seeking in a contract administrator. This may be a case of age discrimination.
