Chief of Talent reached out to me to connect via LinkedIn regarding the role. We scheduled a phone interview a week later. After the initial phone conversation, it sounded like a promising opportunity, she spoke about how the firm has grown and what this current role would look at the firm. I was selected to move to next rounds which was to speak with the colleague who would be directly reporting to this role. We connected a week later and she gave me an uneasy feeling about the company. Many questions were left unanswered because she also just joined the company 6 months ago. Last role would have been to meet the CEO and another senior partner of the firm.
