The HR interview was conducted through WhatsApp call, but there were background noises and echoes from the interviewer’s side, making it difficult to hear throughout the process, the situation wasn’t improved after I pointed out the issue. As I was approached by the HR first, rather than applying online, he asked me to send my cv to him after the interview, and promised to give a feedback after a week. But after sending my cv, he didn’t reply any messages even I followed up with him the other week. He just blue ticked the WhatsApp messages. This gave me an unprofessional feeling towards the company and the whole interview process.
