Carrier iQ interview questions

Initial screen with management to sell the company followed by two rounds of phone screens (language trivia) with engineering team members one round of shared screen problem solving (actual code) with engineering team member. After that the HR team is brought in to explain benefits and whatnot, followed by a final VP screen for culture fit.

Pretty easy-going. Met with four or five people in sequence. Hiring manager interview was more of an open discussion than an interview.
