Interview
There was an Initial phone Interview followed by an on site interview in South Windsor, CT. I was given a list of my three interviewees but was surprised when the second person was not who was on the itinerary. Overall I was glad I had the experience but some of the people were rude.
I applied online. I interviewed at Carrier in Dec 2020
Interview
Behavioral and experience based interview. Completely over zoom. An HR person, two engineers in different roles, and myself. Around an hour in length. They asked me to describe my experiences so far and why they prepared me to take on this role.
