Carns Equipment interview questions

It was to be a phone interview. They were late then kept insisting on using a phone with bad signal. They went with 1st date style interview questions right out of the gate, plus another person showed up to the phone call unexpectedly. The call was a lot of broken up staticky bad questions that never was addressed.
