Carluccio's interview questions

Spoke to manager at job fair, was then invited for an interview and offered a trial shift, which I declined. I noticed several red flags, including the manager saying that his idea of a good job is "different to most people", and said that I would be worked off of my feet over Christmas, but alluded to the fact that I would not be given any shifts in the new year, despite it being a permanent position. Seemed like a perfectionist that expected the world from his employee's without giving anything in return, such as stability.

Easy process. friendly manager, good conversation rather than formal interview questions. Job was offered on the spot. Conversation went quite off topic regarding the actually job but still surrounding my CV. Was a good experience.
