I had three interviews, 1 phone interview and 2 in person and never received a yes or no from the club. After following up HR multiple times through emails and phone calls, I still heard nothing back. Terrible process and unfair to candidates who make the time to interview for the role to not hear back at the bare minimum and to be ghosted by HR.

Interview process was good, but did 3x interviews and didn’t receive a follow up and was ghosted - poor form on hr. For 3 interviews a courtesy no thanks email isn’t a small ask
