First interview was "getting to know you interview" + a 20mins quiz. Assuming you do well on the quiz, you're pretty much guaranteed the second interview. The quiz consisted of AutoCAD questions, algebra questions, survey questions, and manning's equation. Honestly, if anyone can't do well on the quiz then they weren't paying attention in school. The quiz easy. I skipped some of the questions that I did not know the answer to and later one the of the managers told me that this is the same quiz they give out to people with 5 years of experience. Second interview was all cultural interviews with mangers/project engineers you'll be working with. Offer letter was sent out to me two days following the second interview.
