The interview process was quick and simple. You submit your resume online and they call you to schedule an interview. They ask about your work experience with education. All the questions are education based. The interview is a typically a panel style interview with multiple people taking turns and asking you different questions. Then, they take notes while you respond to the questions.
Interview was conducted over Zoom. I really appreciated the fact that there was a teacher from the school district on the interview panel. The interview panelists were all very kind and welcoming during the interview.
