Very unsatisfying experience.
The video interview and in-person interview were scheduled promptly and went well, but they did not live up to their promises. Namely, "we want to make a decision quickly," and "send us any questions you have."
I sent multiple follow-ups before I heard back. They had nothing conclusive to say from their end, nor answers to my questions.
They've ghosted me since. But based on my experience, it's probably the preferable outcome.
