I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carisam-Samuel Meisel (Doral, FL) in Jan 2020
Interview
There is a two-step or three-step interview process. Both interviews I attended were over an hour long each. They like to talk an abnormal amount. The interviewers were unprofessional with the way they described themselves and the company. As for salary, they tried to act as though I were asking for too much when it was the bare minimum for all that they were asking me to accomplish. Aside from that, they laid out unwarranted expectations of time management and front desk management.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Carisam-Samuel Meisel (Doral, FL) in Feb 2013
Interview
You check in at the office after security directs you where to park. Which there is very little parking. Check in with the front door clerk if she is around then wait in the lobby until the person who is interviewing you buzzes you in. You don't really get a chance to say much as they just give you an introduction to the company and the expectations for the job you apply for. You are drug tested and sign off for a background check, but they tell you that they have hired a lot people with criminal records as long as it is not something within the last two years.
