Caring Senior Service interview questions

The interview was based on repetitive questions, different words, same concept, lack of enthusiasm. The interviewer doesn't show interest even at the very beginning of the interview, asked for how much I want to get paid, then countered it with lower numbers. For the amount of job duties and responsibilities, $36k/year is not enough. Their email was also unprofessional. The lady scheduled a 2nd interview day but never called back for the time. Very unprofessional on her end.

I was contacted through Facebook. She was quick to pull me in, about 1-3 days after I filled an application out. The hiring manager was very sweet and assertive. She cared about the posistion I was applying for as much as she cared about the elderly she served.
