Talked to a hiring recruiter then manager, both were super friendly and made the interview relaxed and easy. Asked basic personality questions as I didn’t have previous healthcare experience. As long as you’re honest and have common sense/drive to learn they seem willing to hire you.

Interview
Set up interview with HR rep who was very helpful and pleasant. Did a group interview with 2 other ladies. We all took turns answering the same questions. Interviewer was extremely nice and didn't try to be intimidating - the interview was very conversational.

Question 1
What is one person or event that inspires you the most?
Very easy, interviewer was very kind. I had two interviews, one being a video chat interview, and then a shadow interview to see if I was comfortable with the environment. The shadow interview lasted a little bit over an hour and then they gave me the job offer.

Definitely get asked logical questions but overall the HR department was extremely nice and the interview was a bit nerve wrecking and anxious, however they did let me ask questions and had a great discussion
