The general manager of the store made it really comfortable for me by asking if I wanted a drink or anything. She was also extremely nice and if I stuttered when speaking she wouldn't get frustrated and would hear what I'm saying. She also knew what she was talking about and was really good at giving me the statistics of the store, which I thought was really impressive.

Question 1
What made you choose Caribou?
What could you bring to the team?
In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well
