Basically, explaining the requirements of the position of Sales Agent, which intels that we're responsible for doing inbound and outbound calls. Inform the constant travelers that they had a travel vacation that they never took advantage of which for a 2-day cruise to the Bahamas from Fort Lauderdale.

Question 1
To never disrespect any of the customers, we had to do a reenactment of how would we talk directly too the customers. Then they would take us into a classroom where we will write down a lot of different information, as we will sit in front of the computer monitors with our headsets and basically do a practice run with actual customers.
