Unfair, agreed upon a range per my expectations initially, got me through a 4 staged interview process, said they will make an offer, took all my documents and then ghosted me

It is 3step process,
Initially telephonic interview.
After selection they call at site and site interview . First with hr then interview with process manager . After selection final interview with plant supretendent.
