Only had one call and it was a fairly casual interview. I asked a lot of questions because I was unsure of the job tasks but finding a middle ground made it mostly a conversation.
Received notice of an offer later that evening.

Interview
I applied at my career fair and was able to get an interview slot for a video interview. They asked pretty simple behavioral questions like how do you experience line up with the goals of the facility.
Both hiring manger and HR person participated. Questions were like tell me about yourself and some basic BQs. The manager also introduced the role in detail. They were very nice.

Casual interview process and asked about my skills and willingness to relocate to other provinces. The interviewers are okay and make me comfortable. The interview was via Teams call. They also answered my additional questions.
