I basically did all the interview rounds. HR was very professional and really nice. I had also an interview with 2 people with whom I was supposed to collaborate with. They were very knowleadgeable and had pertinent questions. Some questions were a bit difficult, so prepare well based on all the information you can find from the job description. The only interview I didn't like and I think I didn't pass, was the assignment. They give you 20 minutes to read some text about how cacao is produced (the 3 types of products) and some other details.. and then you have an Excel file with lots of data and you need to compute some order costs for different cacao products and different countries. You need to be careful with the Excel file and read it all. You have many percentages and different currencies and therefore you will need to make a lot of careful checks before jumping straight into excel formulas. Considering the short time and amount of information given, I was personally under a huuge stress and in the end didn't manage to deliver much. They say that even if you do not finish in 20 minutes, you can finish it with your interviewer, as the thinking process matters the most. My interviewer was not really pleasant and it just made me feel more stressed. I kinda knew they will not accept me as the last interviewer didn't ask me anything at all about me, my application, motivation, etc.. we basically just talked about the assignment and that was it.
