Spoke with rep at career fair, then a few days later invited to a 40 min interview with staff members. Got offer couple days later. Interview was moderately difficult, but just prepare to talk about background, why Cargill, etc.

I went to Meet the Firms and then I had an interview the following week. The interview was two on one and was very casual. I was hired after the first round of interviews at my university.
