It was a very long process from start to finish. You start with a screening over the phone. From there, you are brought in for 3 separate interviews. These interviews usually last 45 minutes each, mostly behavioral based questions. It was two weeks before they got back to offer the role.

It's a two step interview process:
The first part consists on a call with HR to see if your profile characteristics meet the profile they are looking for.
The second part consists on a face 2 face interview with the Customer Service Supervisors. You'll be asked to do a role play with them.

sobre la entrevista, fue todo muy bien pero deberían considerar preguntas de seguimiento que tendrán que ajustarse en función de las respuestas de los candidatos y explicar los detalles pertinentes del puesto y responder las preguntas del candidato. no he recibido una oferta de ellos pero la experiencia fue buena.
