Interview
First I received a call from a recruiter in a pre-screen call. He then forwarded my resume to HR who did a 40-minute phone interview with me. From there, I went to the office for in-person interviews. From the first call to an offer, it was 1.5 weeks. It seemed there were some miscommunication though with salary requirements.
Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

Question 1
Describe what would you do if you have a conflict with a team member.
First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.

Personal question in three consecutive rounds.
Multinational team with high level of professionalism, Position was made to sound amazing, I was disappointed at the final decision only.
