Easy and clear phone call would let me know if I'm successful. Email questions also. Not to hard. Email you if you get a interview within in a week. Ask if you got a driving licence and what hours can you work
Simple if you know about the industry if not read up on CQC and skills for care. I had a telephone interview due to covid. It was relaxed but about the roles I had and giving examples.
